This training will provide participants with effective approaches and tools to successfully develop, manage and evaluate high-quality resident service coordination programs within elderly, disabled, family and supportive service communities. Program tools to record and demonstrate need, quantitative and qualitative outcomes, impact and cost savings, and regulatory compliance will be shared. Participants will learn how to meet and exceed funding and owner expectations and requirements. This training is designed to provide the tools and best practices necessary to create a work environment that maximizes successful outcomes and where the resident service coordinator is an integral member of the property and management team.
