Have you been thinking about improving the energy performance of a property, or perhaps installing solar? Not sure how to start or advance a project? Come to one of two free sessions to learn about green multifamily technical assistance and funding available from: Connecticut Green Bank and from our program partners, Eversource, United Illuminating, Connecticut Housing Investment Fund, Connecticut Housing Finance Authority, and Connecticut Department of Housing. Programs are available for both affordable and market rate multifamily properties. Each session will provide you with information about ways to improve the energy and financial performance of multifamily properties by reducing utility and operating costs — and how to get started. We encourage multifamily property owners, developers and managers as well as municipal leaders and program administrators in the Greater Hartford region to attend. Register for the session that best fits your availaibility and location. Sessions are free, but registration is required.
Snow Day: February 22, 2016
