Sustaining Collective Impact: Finding Progress in Process

June 3, 2015 @ 8:30 am - 2:00 pm

We’re welcoming back Greg Hills of FSG social impact consultants, the nationally known collective impact experts, along with his colleague Melissa Oomer, to conduct an interactive keynote that will explore a key question:

How can you keep stakeholders engaged and energized in a collective impact process over the long haul?  We’ll answer this question with:

  • Strategies to sustain momentum, including how to implement quick wins and measure short-term progress
  • Examples of the power of individuals making new connections and aligning their actions to unlock systems change
  • Discussions about how others have addressed the challenges of sustaining momentum in a resource constrained environment

Come prepared to learn and share–no talking heads here, this will be an interactive conversation that includes both presenters and participants. Also, take a deep dive with local collective impact groups to learn about their challenges, successes, and the glue that holds them together.  Each session will be facilitated by one of the FSG keynote speakers.
