This is for experienced advocates who are interested in knowing more details about the state budget process, the legislative process, committees and the duties of the House and Senate. You would play a lead role in KTP advocacy at the LOB or locally. Taking the “Essentials” class in November and practicing advocacy, is a prerequisite to the Leadership class. Connecticut Coalition to End Homelessness: Point-in-Time Count 2016

The Point-in-Time Count is a one-day unduplicated count of sheltered and unsheltered homeless individuals and families across the United States. The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) requires that each Continuum of Care (CoC) conduct a count at the end of January every year.
